Our mission is to Utilize Beatmaking to Enhance the Educational Atmosphere through Technology and Sound.

Our program is a recourse for existing and emerging programs both during school and after school.

We are located at the Haydock Academy of Arts and Sciences in the Oxnard School District.

Really dope to hear this 7th graders perspective on beatmaking, his favorite gear and inspiration. Today our school has a college fair and him and his fam were researching great music engineering programs. It's been really cool to get to know him and to see how much he enjoys making music.

A great music lesson tying together sampling, music licensing, sports and financial literacy. The middle schoolers in the @ableton #pushinitiative were excited and inspired to hear a sample from the @msxiisound #soulfulstems3 record that was given to them earlier on the year, placed on the @sofi commercial shown during the Super Bowl. It gave us a chance to open up a good discussion.

It's dope to see students rockin' @nativeinstruments #maschine & @wearenovation #launchkey in music class on our schools' webpage. It shows how in some places education is definitely changing. #socialchange #forthekids #innovate

It's really dope to see these musical opportunities for Middle Schoolers in public schools during the regular school day and to see what they come up with! Special thanks to everyone who supported and contributed to the Beats4Edu Youth Program this year. #best9of2016
